Jeffrey Berman Architect provided complete A/E services to build out a three-procedure ambulatory endoscopic surgery center in a vacated space adjacent to a medical office. Design was broken down into two phases. The first phase consisted of two procedure rooms. After receiving DOH approval, the second phase, a third procedure room and ancillary spaces, The existing endoscopy procedure area and medical offices remained open during phased construction. This facility was designed under Article 28 guidelines.
