We expanded an existing Operating Room at New York Presbyterian Hospital to provide interventional Radiology support to their vascular surgeons in a sterile OR environment. The OR was designed to support open, interventional and mixed cases using a Siemens Digital ARTIS FA C-arm system, integrated with the facility standard lights, utility booms and other infrastructure. AV components were integrated with the Hospital's video conference system. Dedicated spaces were created for radiology control equipment as well as secure storage of high value supplies. This project was designed to be constructed while the adjacent OR's continued to be used.
