Breezy Point Residence Breezy Point, NY The Breezy Point project consisted of the construction of a new house on an existing site. Our client wanted Jeffrey Berman Architect to design this private residence to blend in with the Bungalow style of the surrounding community. Special care and consideration were given to this project's location in an ocean front community. The house was designed with low maintenance finishes that would not only make the house efficient, but also would stand up to the salt in the atmosphere. Care was also taken to respond to the 100 year flood plane and address local high ground water problems
