New Hyde Park Endoscopy (NHPE) is an Article 28 multi-specialty GI Endoscopy  and pain management ambulatory surgery center located in Lake Success, New York.  The facility consists of 10,000 SF and includes 2 endoscopy procedure rooms and 1 Class C OR, 11 beds, medical gasses, nurse-call and other support spaces.

This private primary care office also features 3 exam rooms and a pathology lab to support the endoscopy practice.

The project integrated this complex technical facility in a suburban office building, providing all of the special utilities and infrastructure required by code in a presentation acceptable to the building owner.
